Appalling Service and Still no Reply
The service from this company was awful. The delivery was well over a week late and despite contacting them on every medium that have, they did not respond. The item arrived and after the fact, I had a message on Facebook messenger to apologise for the delay and was given a ‘we are a small business and we were overwhelmed’ line. At this point I had had to pay to have the gifts shipped out as had missed seeing both recipients. I emailed this in reply and again, no response. I get that a small business can get overwhelmed, truly, but if you are overwhelmed, don’t post on social media and send newsletters telling you to ‘order quickly for Christmas delivery’. Manage the orders you have, prioritise customer service and take on new orders when you can. I’ve ordered from this company for years, but won’t be doing so again.
