ITEM NOT RECEIVED BUT STILL CHARGED FOR
Absolutely awful experience as I have never received the mug I bought. The link in the original order confirmation email just still says order confirmed. No update to say it had been despatched. Have tried several times ringing - no answer. Finally got a response to email asking where my order was to say they thought it had been sent out but no tracking or evidence of this. Emails asking for a refund not responded to as it is now far too late to give the gift (ordered 20th June) and I have had to purchase another gift elsewhere. YOU HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY! PLEASE PROCESS MY REFUND. I will be passing details to Trading Standards.
